Ephesians 6:18

“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

Yes to daily putting on the armor of God. This is what a warrior must do. The ‘war’ though has already been won.  The battle here continues and so I must ‘confidently approach’ the throne of grace and pray:

– on ALL occasions. Not just at church or bible study or in my personal devotions but ALL the time!

– ALL kinds of prayers and requests and not just for another person’s physical healing. I have certainly done my share of this type of ask but intercessory prayer is way more than this

– ALWAYS praying. Not just one and done. ESV uses the word ‘perseverance’ when describing how I am to pray. 

– ALL the Lord’s people. Yes and ALL means ALL. What people?  The Lord’s People!  I must cover the Lord’s People in prayer. . 

Prayer: Heavenly Father, please expand my faith and my dependence on You. Please grow my capacity and blow up my calendar as needed so that I will confidently approach your throne of grace with ALL, ALL, ALWAYS and ALL.
